AviClear is the first and only FDA-cleared energy device for the treatment of acne. AviClear uses the power of laser light to selectively target and suppress sebaceous glands, permanently eliminating acne at the source without the need for prescription medications.

The appointment time for an AviClear treatment is 30 to an hour.

Yes, AviClear is perfectly safe on all skin types and tones.

AviClear uses AviCool sapphire skin cooling and sensory controls for increased comfort. You may notice a cooling sensation followed by a light snapping sensation on your skin.

Generally there is no down time at all with AviClear. Some clients may have slight redness that persists for an hour or two, but in most cases your face looks completely normal immediately post treatment.

We recommend the standard protocol of three AviClear treatments for mild, moderate, or severe acne. We also offer a fourth treatment if required to get your skin clear.

It is recommended that when doing AviClear you always treat the full face, even if the breakout is only in one specific area. The reason for this is because once you disrupt the oil production in one specific area, it could trigger other areas to start over-producing. By treating the entire face, it is not only correcting current issues, but preventing future issues too.

Individual responses may vary, but on average there should start to be noticeable clearance within 2 weeks of the first treatment and things only improve as the process continues. Some clients may experience an acne purge around a week post treatment although this is not common.
